I must admit that I was scared to visit an auto dealer after not buying a car for so long (I owned my last car 11 years). From the time I walked on the lot, I felt relieved. Everyone was friendly, open and delt with no pressure tactics.  I apprecieat this and the result was I bought a 2 year old focus and am soooooo happy!!

After reading other reviews I had mixed emotions about visiting Southern Trust until my I talked to a friend of mine who had been there. This was the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. I was treated great they even brought the car to my office for me to look at on my lunch break. They gave me a GREAT DEAL I will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had some credit issues over the last few years and really did not expect for anyone to be able to help me. I took my old car in to see what I could get. I was treated like a real person unlike the dealership across the street. I drove out with a like new 2008 car and my payments were under $300 !

I just stopped in to ask where to take my car for service... my check engine light just came on.
I met Joe the service manager, he told me that they could take car of it right there. He had just hired a ASE master tech who found the problem in a mater of minutes with his scanner. Luckily it was just a bad gas cap. I also had my oil changed and wiper blades replaced and my whole bill was under $40,00 ! It only took about 30 to 40 minutes from start to finish. I never even knew they had a service department. I will be buying my wife a new car there after the 1st of the year. I was treated great by the entire staff. Thanks Joe !

I had a great experience dealing with Southern Trust Auto just this past week! I was looking for a specific newer model low-mileage vehicle within a limited price range, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford at any of the local dealerships. I spoke with the folks at Southern Trust Auto and within about 2 weeks they were able to come across my "dream" vehicle at a price that was very fair. It was the first pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car!

A few days ago, my father and I went looking for a used car. we found the one we liked, the salesmen were very nice and not pushy at all. they were more like friends than salesmen. took the Jeep for a ride, and then we sat down and did all the paperwork fun stuff. The Manager is a great person, he and his employees worked with my father and I with everything, even down to the smallest detail, such as borrowing a screwdriver to remove items from my car. and as far as the last review i read about finance only, that is a load. I payed for my jeep in cash. Southern Trust had no problem whatsoever taking a check to hold until we gave them the cash. Southern Trust and their sales people are some of the best i have had the honor of talking and working with. I suggest if you need a new or used car, go to Southern Trust auto first!!!
